Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the INTYGIO Service and API. By using the Service, Customer agrees to this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Prohibited Uses

• Personal Data in payloads. Passport Payloads must not contain Personal Data — names, identification numbers, location data, or any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. INTYGIO passports are product records, not person records.
• Falsification. Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading product data for signing, with the intent to misrepresent product characteristics to regulators, supply chain partners, or consumers.
• Circumventing security controls. Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limiting, tenant isolation, or any other technical security measure of the Service.
• Reverse engineering. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code, signing keys, or cryptographic material of the Service.
• Reselling without authorisation. Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service as a white-label offering to third parties without INTYGIO's prior written consent.
• Excessive automated requests. Sending API requests at volumes that materially exceed normal operational patterns, degrade service availability, or circumvent rate limits.
• Illegal activity. Using the Service in connection with any activity that violates applicable law, including export controls, sanctions regulations, or consumer protection legislation.

Regulatory Compliance

• Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the product data it submits for signing is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulations, including the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) and any sector-specific requirements.
• INTYGIO's cryptographic seal attests to the integrity and authenticity of the data at the time of signing — it does not constitute INTYGIO's endorsement of the accuracy or regulatory completeness of the underlying content.
