The documents that govern use of the INTYGIO Service. Each page carries its own version and date in the footer. Negotiated agreements, including the enterprise Data Processing Agreement, are signed separately; contact legal@intygio.com.

Documents

• Terms of Service. The agreement between INTYGIO and every Customer using the Service or API.
• Privacy Notice. What personal data INTYGIO processes, on what basis, for how long, and with whom.
• Standard Data Processing Agreement. The Art. 28 GDPR terms incorporated into the Terms of Service for Customer Data.
• Sub-processors. The third parties that process personal data on INTYGIO's behalf, with a dated change log.
• Acceptable Use Policy. What the Service may not be used for.
• Security. The technical and organisational measures behind the Service, in the form the DPA refers to.
